However, it does not grow well in wet locations or areas with lots of rain. It could be a great addition to succulent or cactus gardens in our area if water is controlled during the rainy summers. Place hedgehog agave carefully, its tidy round leaves are tipped with spines sharp enough to pierce leather gloves.
