Prickly Pear Chocolates
I wonder if other fancy chocolatiers make prickly pear flavored truffles too, or if it’s just Meeteetse Chocolatier, from Meeteetse, Wyoming.
You can’t tell from the picture, but the description says,

Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit blended with a dark chocolate ganache and enrobed in a Belgian dark chocolate shell. Sweet cactus fruit with a mild melon-fig taste.
