The government wants you to spend it on stuff…<br />

"To be useful, a fiscal stimulus package should be… structured so that its effects on aggregate spending are felt as much as possible within the next twelve months or so," Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke told Congress… Translation for those who don’t speak Bernanke-ese: Spend that money… Just make sure it goes back into the economy….<br />
