OK, so he's showing us how to make a margarita. Which is made with tequila. Which comes from the Agave plant. Which is a succulent. It all made sense in my fevered imagination last night when we went to that bar in the Mission. I suppose it's a little early in the morning for it to make too much sense today, but there you go.
