On Thursday, a San Marcos judge ordered a local novelty store to remove an old Oldsmobile now used as a cactus planter or face fines. The judge ruled the planter is a public nuisance. That's ridiculous. Planet K owner Michael Kleinman said he was stunned. Trackbacks

Isn't that the one that's parked way in the back of the building, on private property? South Lamar at the South Austin Museum of Popular Culture and Planet K? I must be thinking of something else...
Hrmph! Well, that IS ridiculous. Good thing our tax dollars are being use to address things like that instead of running an efficient gov't. to serve the people.
