What Kind of Cactus Would You Eat?
The Desert Sun wants to find a regional dish to match Cincinnati's famed "soupy chili".

I would love it if I could boast about desert cuisine, too....
Something made with cactus. We have plenty of it here, and there's nothing else that evokes the desert more. Except sand, and I'm not going to eat that.
I'm thinking some sort of grilled cactus filet or cactus fries would be tasty....
Rattlesnake. Pick your own snake, then have the chef fix it up.
