Wednesday, November 14. 2007AustraliansCactus is all the rage in Australia, so they tell me in the newspapers and on the teevees and in the interwebs too.
Perhaps it is the cactus, with its unfriendly spines, that is responsible for the opprobrium. However, while many are not to everyone's taste, being too strident in form and too dull in hue, there are some that can boast gentle shapes and soft grey-green foliage. Others fascinate in calypso colours. I don't know anything about Australia. What is this thing they call a "kangaroo"? Do they eat with their hands, or do they have forks? Are they at war with New Zealand? Trackbacks
